AGM Statement
Timothy Green, Chief Executive, will make the
following statement at the AGM to be held later
today:
The first quarter has seen a record performance in both the
customer numbers and revenues from printed.com. The surge
of retail customers to printed.com is expected to establish
new trends in revenues and advertising costs as the
business evolves.
Revenues from digital marketing activity at Tangent
Snowball were strong notwithstanding the impact of reducing
income from our Australia office.
Profits for the first quarter are in-line with management
expectations.
The recent appointments of Michael P. Green as Chairman and
David Steyn as a non-executive Director will greatly assist
the Board in addressing the complex options ahead.
