Director / PDMR Share Transfer

The Company announces it was notified on 5 July 2012 that on 4 July 2012 Timothy Green, Chief Executive Officer of Tangent, transferred 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his spouse, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Timothy Green continues to have a beneficial interest in 2,730,770 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.5% of the issued share capital of the Company, being the same as previously notified.
