NETCONG, NJ--(Marketwired - Jul 28, 2016) -  Breaking Games, an award-winning game publisher and manufacturer, announced that two more of its games, Game of Phones and POOP In A Bag, will be on the store shelves of Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT), one of the largest retailers in the nation, starting August, 1, 2016.

"Both of these games have instant and mass appeal: Game of Phones incorporates your smartphone into its game play, while POOP In A Bag uses one of the oldest yet tried and true forms of entertainment: bathroom humor. Game of Phones
Game of Phones is a unique card game that brings smartphones to the party. The game is available at Target starting August 1, 2016, for an MSRP of $20. Play the game with three or more players, ages 12 and up.

  • Everyone grabs their smartphones. One player picks a card and gets to judge that round, with prompts for the other players to do things like: "Find the best selfie;" "Take a photo of another player;" "Show your worst or funniest text," and many more.
  • The rest of the players have 60 seconds to respond with the funniest, most on-point or downright weird thing they can find or do on their phones.
  • The first player to win 10 rounds is the overall winner.

"We created Game of Phones a few years ago to explore the idea that smartphones don't have to be antisocial. We tested this hunch by launching a Kickstarter campaign and we're now really excited to see it on the shelves in Target. We started collaborating with Breaking Games early on in our development and they have been an invaluable partner in the whole process," said the game's co-inventor, Luke Stern. "Tabletop games are making an incredible resurgence but people are still glued to their phones. Our goal is to keep melding these trends in the most fun way possible."

POOP In A Bag
POOP: The Game was created by a father for his son to learn math in new and creative ways. POOP In A Bag holds two different editions of POOP. The game is also available at Target starting August 1, 2016, for an MSRP of $20. The game plays from two to 10 players, ages six and up. 

  • Players are given a five-card hand and take turns laying cards, or "pooping," while trying not to "clog the toilet." If a player clogs the toilet, he must pick up all the cards, and a new toilet is started. The first player to run out of cards is the winner.
  • Some cards make the players perform fun and crazy acts, such as fart noises and leaning into it, grunting, or a making splash sounds.
  • In addition to the original POOP game, POOP in a Bag comes with POOP: Party Edition which includes 50 new and colorful cards to add to your collection.
