An elite group of Japanese lecturers led by Tasly Japan Managing Director Han Yulin paid a 3-day visit to Tasly headquarters from Aug. 19 to 21 for the purpose of unification of values, in-depth understanding of corporate philosophy and systematic study with respect to TCM theories and products.


Lecturers have a hands-on experience of TCM therapies at Pan-health Museum

Selected from 30,000 Japanese distributors, the seven group members are the most successful senior lecturers at the level of "World Manager". They, as loyal followers and partners of Tasly in Japan over years, have made outstanding contributions to the growth of Tasly in the country. This training program, to some extent, was a special reward for them.


The lecturers, during their stay at Tasly, were shown around the Pan-health Museum, which some Japanese distributors visited during the celebration of Tasly's 20th anniversary. Being greatly excited to visit the museum again after three months, they said that the museum, a perfect combination of the embodiment of TCM and modern technologies, showcased the course of development of Tasly over two decades. They thought of it as a "treasury", where they had different experiences and surprises in each visit. At the Health Management Center in the museum, the lecturers were deeply impressed by the new testing methods integrating TCM theories and modern technologies, including iris inspection, meridian inspection, automated tongue diagnosis, facial inspection and pulse diagnosis.


On the afternoon of 20th the elite group attended a training session on iCP, Deepure, structure-altered water and Guotai Liquor. In addition, Training Manager Li Lingyu detailed six new products to be launched in Japan, including Probiotics Powder, Dlife Hydro-Fresh and Danshen Toothpaste.


On the morning of 21st CEO Bill Dai delivered an inspiring speech before the lecturers in the company of the managers of all department of the company. The chief executive, in his speech over two hours, focused on six topics, "common values", "disciplines and code of conduct which must be obeyed", "innovation is the embodiment of Tasly's corporate culture", "execution is the key to Tasly's success", "perseverance is a precondition for success", and "why Tasly". "Any business success requires joint endeavor of a group people with common values", he stressed, "so does the Pan-health cause of Tasly". CEO Dai also raised new requirements on all Japanese distributors, saying that both innovations must be made for the purpose of the Japanese market in the age of mobile Internet to eliminate bottlenecks in traditional direct selling and create a new mode of marketing by making the most of the social network. Finally he concluded his speech with a presentation of the planned Deepure flagship store and healthcare experience store, which caused a sensation among the audience.
