Tasly Pharmaceutical International, after meticulous planning and preparation by the marketing and HR departments, held its first elite international leaders training program from 13 to 24 Oct. 2014 at its headquarters in Tianjin. Three most promising leaders, Mohan from Malaysia, and Christiana and Omolayo from Nigeria, passed preliminary selections by overseas branches and attended the seminar.

The two-week program not only covered Tasly's corporate culture, direct selling skills, TCM-based health maintenance, the theory of balance restoration, product knowledge and marketing techniques, but included discussions and drills of direct selling techniques to help the distributors understand the profound TCM culture and accept Tasly's cultural values. Furthermore, the program was aimed to refine direct selling methods and techniques, increase the size and influence of distribution teams, and learn how to conduct duplication in their respective teams. Moreover, instructions on new media application and modernized tools like E-wallet were incorporated to assist the leaders in adapting to new trends of international direct selling, increase the operating efficiency of their teams, and attract more young people to join Tasly's Pan-health undertaking.
