By the results of the XIII-th annual rating "Top 1000
Russian Managers", carried out by the Association of
Managers and the "Kommersant" publishing house,
the managers of TATNEFT were included in the list.
Shafagat Takhautdinov, General Director of OAO TATNEFT,
headed ten the top business leaders in the energy and fuel
sector.
Nail Maganov, First Deputy General Director of OAO TATNEFT
- Head of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products Sales
Department, joined the top five commercial directors of the
energy and fuel sector entered.
Fedor Shchelkov, Deputy General Director for General
Affairs of OAO TATNEFT, entered the top three marketing
directors list in 2012.
Alexey Bespalov, Head of Information Technology Department,
Deputy Chief Engineer of OAO TATNEFT, took second place
among the best IT-directors of the energy and fuel sector.
Azat Yagafarov, Deputy General Director, Head of OAO
TATNEFT Representative Office in Moscow, was named one of
the five best directors of the energy and fuel sector for
interaction with authorities.
Victor Gorodniy, Deputy General Director for Property -
Head of the Property of the Property Department of TATNEFT,
was named among the top five directors on corporate
management of the energy and fuel sector.

The "Top 1000 Russian Managers" project has been
existing since 2001 and is designed to identify national
and industry branch leaders in the areas of personnel
management, PR, GR, corporate management, best IT and
commercial directors, etc. In the framework of the project
the best managers are selected by 16 primary branches of
economy and the functional responsibilities of the
managers. Ten industry branch leaders are determined among
senior executives of the companies. Five best managers in
the industry branch are determined in the remaining eight
functional ratings (on functional responsibilities).
