Tatneft' imeni V D Shashina : A Regular Meeting of the JSC TATNEFT's Board of Directors

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT chaired by R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held in Kazan on November 25, 2014.
The meeting reviewed the Company's budget execution for ten months of 2014, approved the JSC TATNEFT's budget for December of the current year and for the year 2015.
The Board of Directors was informed about main results of the Company's financial and economic activity for the first nine months of this year. The Company produced 19 million 603 thousand tons of crude oil during the period, which was 84.5 thousand tons more than during the corresponding period of 2013. The volume of associated petroleum gas produced amounted to 664 million cubic meters, which was 2.4% more than in the same period last year.
The amount of 170.6 thousand tons of extra-viscous oil was produced at Ashalchinskoye EVO field with an average daily production for the area amounting to 625 tons per day and with the total volume of extra-viscous oil produced since the beginning of development operations amounting to 496 thousand tons.
Net proceeds from sales of products shipped amounted to RUB 310.4 billion rubles. According to the results of financial and economic activities the sum of obtained profit before tax amounted to RUB 89.2 billion with the net profit amounting to RUR 71.7 billion.
The Board of Directors also considered a number of other issues of JSC TATNEFT activities.
