Tatneft' imeni V D Shashina : Another Recognition of TATNEFT's Transparency

In August 2014 TATNEFT Company took the 2nd place among the largest oil and gas industry companies with the highest level of information transparency according to the results of the monthly rating of the Russian Fuel and Energy Complex companies' transparency.
The rating in August of the current year compiled by the Agency for Political and Economic Communications (APEC) in addition to the regular information of JSC TATNEFT's production and social activities was influenced by publishing the report under international standards disclosing the information that by half a year results the Company reached crude oil production and its refining volume growth, and the Company's revenues increased by 16% to the amount of   one quarter trillion rubles.
To determine the level of information transparency of the Russian Fuel and Energy Complex companies APEC had conducted a survey with participation of 25 renowned experts: economists, political scientists, analysts and journalists. The evaluation was performed for 75 largest companies representing nuclear energy, gas, oil, coal mining industries, crude oil and petroleum products transportation and electrical industry.
Each expert assessed the information transparency level of the companies followed by determination of the arithmetic mean values of the experts' evaluations (average scores).
