JSC "Nizhnekamskshina" received the thanks from the Joint Venture Ford Sollers   for the joint work on the organization of production and supply of their tires for Russian production   Ford cars assembly.
The works on tires homologation for Ford vehicles manufactured by the Ford Sollers in Russia have been carried out since the beginning of the Joint Venture's operation. The processes performed meet the requirements of the global tire industry and Ford Motor Company. To date, all the projects have received the engineering approval and a contract has been signed for serial deliveries of tires for launching new models of Ford cars on the Russian market. A letter of thanks addressed to Anwar Vakhitov, Director of OOO "Tatneft-Neftekhim" Management Company, was received from Nikolai Khodosevich, Vice President for Procurement of Ford Sollers Company, containing the words of gratitude and a positive evaluation of   the professional team of JSC "Nizhnekamskshina" and OOO "Kama" Scientific and Technical Center  working  on joint projects.
Prospective engineering developments of the "Kama" Scientific and Technical Center are also presented in four new joint projects with Ford Sollers   Company.

JSC Nizhnekamskshinaa is part of the JSC Tatneft's Petrochemical Complex and is the largest enterprise of the domestic tire industry occupying the leading position among the tire manufacturers in Russia and the CIS. The range of the enterprise products includes 100 sizes and 221 models of tires. Currently the manufactured products are shipped to AvtoVAZ, UAZ, Volkswagen and other car manufacturers. Over 20 percent of the JSC "Nizhnekamskshina" production is exported to the CIS and far abroad countries.
Ford Sollers Joint Venture is responsible for the Russian Ford car production, as well as import and sale of all the Ford products, including vehicles, spare parts and accessories, at the Russian market. Ford Sollers Joint Venture includes production facilities in Vsevolozhsk (Leningrad region), Naberezhnye Chelny and in the special "Alabuga" economic zone (Republic of Tatarstan).
