A meeting of JSC TANECO's Board of Directors, chaired by Nail Maganov, General Director of JSC TATNEFT, was held in Nizhnekamsk on September 25.
The meeting discussed plans and heard current information about the production and financial activities of JSC TANECO.
The Board of Directors approved a plan of processing raw materials and products output for 2015, which had been elaborated taking into account phased commissioning of plants for oils production, naphtha hydrotreatment, delayed coking and isomerization.
The plans provide for processing at least 8 million tons of oil at the Oil Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex and expanding the range of commodity products output bringing up the level of yielding light petroleum products to about 85% by the end of 2015.
The executive management of JSC TANECO presented reports to the meeting on the technical, economic and financial performance. The meeting also approved the production plan for October.
The Board of Directors approved the program implementation for the personnel and social policy in 2014 and a similar document for the next year. In the light of the project continuation and the construction of new facilities at the TANECO the closest attention is paid to selection of candidates for blue-collar occupations. This approach is based on developing cooperation with the educational institutions of primary, secondary and higher vocational education and training stages. The Personnel Service of the Complex has come forward with an initiative to improve job training of the process plants operators and machinists of process pumps and compressors. To this end, the students will be offered the opportunity to develop their practical skills on computer simulators developed by OOO "Yokogawa Electric CIS". The contribution of JSC TANECO in the improvement of the vocational education system in Nizhnekamsk will be its co-financing of works on establishment of a resource center for personnel training, which will operate on the basis of the petrochemical and oil refining college. The Company will allocate necessary funds for repairing the school premises.
The meeting participants took notice of the information on implementation of   three-stage control, interaction regulations of JSC TATNEFT and JSC TANECO in the field of industrial safety and labor protection. Implementation of the packages of measures in this area during the reporting period had prevented any accidents and incidents in the production.
The meeting also acknowledged positive results of the energy efficiency programs and nature conservation activities.
The meeting also made decisions on a number of issues related to the production activities and further construction of the Refinery and Petrochemical Plants Complex.
