Tatneft' imeni V D Shashina : Naphta Splitter Unit Was Erected at the Naphtha Hydrotreating Installation of the TANECO Complex

Erection of the naphta splitter unit manufactured by JSC "Volgogradneftemashwas completed at the construction site of the TANECO Complex.
Erection of technological equipment was carried out in accordance with the schedule by the professionals of the general contractor companies Company - JSC "Tatneftehimmontazh" and OOO "SOPiG of the TATNEFT's Construction Projects Implementation Department.
Two Liebherr cranes of 600 and 100 tons carrying capacity were used FOR lifting column 1300S0003, which height was more than 47 meters, diameter - 4.5 meters, and weight - 101.5 tons bearing in mind the security considerations and in order to reduce the time of the work performance, it was decided to mount the service the column area at zero level.
Currently, detailed design of the naphtha hydrotreating unit has been completed, and the bulk of civil works has been completed, as well as subsurface utility engineering.
The design capacity of the naphtha hydrotreating unit by the feed is 1.1 million tons per year.
