Tatneft' imeni V D Shashina : Professional Skills Contest Was Held at "Tatneft-AZS Center"

A traditional XIVth contest of professional skills among the key trades: engineers (Heads of filling stations), filling station operators, electrical fitters, and tanker filling operators was held. 31 employees from 8 branches of the Joint Stock Company were competing to win the best in the trade title this year.
The contest was attended by representatives of Almetyevsk, Bavly, Chelny, Kazan, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Chuvash, Mari and Udmurt area branches.
The contest consisted of two parts: theoretical and practical. The first stage of the contest included checking contestants' knowledge in the activity profile area, safety and labor protection rules and regulations, while at the second stage the participants demonstrated their practical skills.
According to the results of the contest the first place among the filling stations Heads and engineers was awarded to Eugeniy Morunov, representative of the Bavly branch, Alexey Mamkin of the Ulyanovsk Branch ranked the second and Milyausha Mingazetdinova of the Kazan branch was on the 3rd place,
Regina Sidorova of the Almetyevsk branch gained the first place among filling station operators followed by Olga Kashina, representative of the Bavly branch and Lilya Akhmadishina, the Chelny branch filling station operator, closing the top three winners.
Il'shat Galiullin (Almetyevsk branch) was named the best among the filling station electrical fitters with Denis Krinkov (Chuvashia branch) on the second place with Andrey Sorokin (Bavly branch) on the third place.
The first place among the tanker filling operators won Guzel Minnigalimova (Bavly branch); 2nd - Firuz Shakirov (Almetyevsk branch) and 3rd - Tatiana Glazunova (Chuvashia branch)..
The Professional Skills Contest of OOO "Tatneft-AZS Center" has been arranged since 2001 on the basis of filling station No. 17 in Almetyevsk. The contest holding allows increasing the skills of the participants, encouraging all employees of the Company to demonstrate active and qualitative performance of production tasks, and enhancing the image of TATNEFT Company.
