Tatneft' imeni V D Shashina : Professionals of TATNEFT Are Taking Training under the "MBA: Extractive Industries" Educational Program

The professionals of JSC TATNEFT are taking training at the MBA Higher School of the Kazan Federal University.
A new educational program for the managerial human resources of the extractive and service companies has been formed by the personnel department of JSC TATNEFT together with the MBA Higher School's experts. The partner in the implementation of the "MBA: Extractive Industries" program is the St. Petersburg's International Institute of Management (IMISP) having experience of successful cooperation with JSC "Gazprom", JSC "Uralkali", JSC "Gazprom production Yamburg", NC "KazTransOil" and others.
During the two years' course, the professionals will be trained with application of 14 training modules at the MBA Higher School of the Kazan Federal University and the St. Petersburg's International Institute of Management (IMISP) and at one of the extractive industries' enterprises. Each module will include basic disciplines, workshops, business simulations and training sessions.
The higher-education teaching personnel involved in the training had taken courses at leading business schools in Italy, UK, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Switzerland and the USA.
The systematic approach to recruitment, training and further education of the employees created in JSC TATNEFT has proven to be effective and allows TATNEFT successfully competing with Russian and international oil producing companies.
The cooperation established with the MBA Higher School will contribute to formation of the international level managers who possess global vision and transnational culture and are capable of finding optimal solutions in any area of business.
