JSC TATNEFT pays great attention to the protection of the Company's intellectual property. April 26 marks the International Day of Intellectual Property. The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) instituted the professional holiday on April 26, 2000.
Only in the past year the Company received 280 titles of protection for inventions, utility models and computer programs from the Federal Institute of Industrial Property.
In total, over a period of years of the Company received 5,728 protection document (patents, certificates) for inventions, utility models and computer programs.
Currently, there are 1,415 operating patents at TATNEFT. JSC TATNEFT concluded 51 license agreements with various organizations for the right to use the JSC TATNEFT's inventions, utility models and computer programs.
During the 1st quarter of this year, the Company filed 53 applications with the expected result of the intellectual property and received 73 patents (certificates).
