The IXth economic summit of the Company's retail and distribution network enterprises dedicated to implementation of lean production instruments and techniques was held at JSC TATNEFT.
The event was attended by representatives of Almetyevsk, Bavly, Kazan, Kemerovo, Mari, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Chelny, Chuvash branches of OOO "Tatneft- AZS- Center ", Archangelsk, Baltic, Vladimir, Moscow, Podmoskovniy branches of OOO "Tatneft-AZS-West", OOO "Tatneft-AZS-South", IOOO "Tatbelnefteprodukt" and OOO "Tatneft-AZS-Ukraine".
The participants discussed the results of a number of pilot projects being implemented at the retail network enterprises with application of the lean production methods: "Building a system for continuous improvement of enterprises on the basis of the kaizen improvement system", "Occupational safety management system as an instrument of lean production",  "Effective management of accounts receivable and reduction of financial risks through application of the lean production instruments", "Implementation of TPM standards in the field of related service at filling stations", "LEAN-statistics of minimizing requirements to personnel: from the customer loyalty model to the problem solution lists" and others. A decision was taken at the summit on the need to organize mass training for professionals and   operating personnel in order to form the corporate spirit, based on the lean production philosophy.
A youth conference was held in the forum framework, which resulted in a competent jury selecting the most promising developments. The reports presented by Alexei Ilyushkin, Head of Personnel Department of OOO "Tatneft-AZS-Center", Timur Gatiyatullin, expert of the Operations Group of OOO "Tatneft-AZS-West", and Liana Nikonova, economist of the Planning and Analysis Group of the Almetyevsk branch of OOO "Tatneft - AZS-Center" were recognized  the best ones.
The event program also included training on the use of the lean production instruments conducted by the experts of "Orgprom Center" Company (Ekaterinburg).
