TATNEFT presented its exposition at the "Oil and Gas. Petrochemicals" exhibition held in the Kazan Fair exhibition halls from September 3 to 5.
The exhibition events had been organized in the framework of the Tatarstan petrochemical forum and arranged with the aim of promoting new technologies and equipment for the oil and petrochemical industry in the Volga region, expanding and strengthening inter-regional and international business cooperation, as well as promoting development of the research capacity and industry-related research programs. More than 216 domestic and foreign enterprises, specializing in   crude oil and gas production, transportation and processing, presented their advanced technologies and latest equipment.
The exposition of JSC TATNEFT traditionally demonstrated advanced engineering developments of the Company providing for efficient fields operation.  
Prominent place among the exhibits was occupied by methods of enhanced oil recovery (EOR). Currently, the Company   widely uses various EOR technologies and the share of oil production with application of enhanced oil recovery methods has reached today 23.7 percent.
In the section of wells construction technologies TATNEFT presented engineering developments in the field of constructing complex architecture wells with sidetracking, drilling of horizontal ending wellbores and clearly demonstrated the equipment and technologies for local well casing.
The section of engineering developments in the area of crude oil production and reservoir pressure maintenance included the technologies of dual oil production, dual injection, as well as chain drives for sucker downhole rod pumps and other engineering developments.
At the exposition stand concerning development of heavy oil fields the Company showed progress of Ashalchinskoye extra-viscous oil field technologies application.
The section of crude oil processing and marketing of oil and petroleum products demonstrated progress of the TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex   construction project. The beginning of 2014 witnessed a commercial operation start of the combined hydrocracking installation. The Refinery Complex today is a full-fledged member of the Russian oil refining industry and produces highly competitive, environmentally friendly products, such as Euro-5 diesel fuel.
The exhibition samples of JSC TATNEFT also included the tire products manufactured by the Petrochemical Complex of TATNEFT.
