Tatneft' : Tires of TATNEFT Are among the Best Goods of Russia

The tires of the PJSC TATNEFT's Petrochemical Complex are again among the winners of the '100 best goods of Russia' contest.

Pneumatic tires KAMA NR 202 315/70 R22,5 produced by Nizhnekamsk SSC Tire Factory and car tires KAMA EURO-236 of 185/60 R15 and 185/65 R15 sizes, manufactured by PJSC 'Nizhnekamskshina' are among the winners of the All-Russian contest '100 best goods of Russia' in the nomination 'Industrial and technical products'.

Tires KAMA NR 202 are used on the rear axle of trucks at an ambient temperature from - 45 degrees to +55 degrees C. The original tread having extended grooves, and a special formulation of the rubber compound provide for self-cleaning of the tires from stones, snow, dirt and melt water. This increases the driving reliability. The reinforced lateral zone jointly with the unique carcass protects the tire from external damages and allows coping confidently with the increased loads.

The special design of KAMA SSC tires, compared with the conventional tires of a combined design, allows saving up to 8 percent of fuel, increasing the vehicle load capacity, improving wear-resistance and speed characteristics. Today the SSC tires demonstrate the tire life up to 250 thousand kilometers.

Primarily, the design of KAMA SSC tires provides for the possibility of retreading, which increases the service life of the tire up to 500 thousand kilometers.

KAMA EURO-236 are all-season tires designed for both domestic and imported cars. Fast braking, high speed stability in a straight line and around corners movement, vehicle steerability on dry and wet roads: all these performance characteristics are provided for by the optimum geometry of the tread profile. Also significantly reduced are such characteristics as the 'noise' level, rolling resistance and the mass of rubber thereby resulting in the reduction of fuel consumption. The KAMA EURO-236 tires of 185/60 R15 sizes have gone through a complete homologation procedure for supplies to both domestic and foreign automobile assembly factories. PJSC 'Nizhnekamskshina' has successfully passed all the pre-series and serial audits of the consumers - car factories.
