Tatneft' : Employees of the PJSC TATNEFT’s Petrochemical Complex Adopted the Collective Agreement for 2017

The Conference of labor collectives the PJSC TATNEFT's petrochemical complex of enterprises on the results of operations for 2016 and tasks for 2016 was held on February 21.

The annual event was attended by Alexei Savelchev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, Aidar Metshin, Head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District - Mayor of the city of Nizhnekamsk, Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of PJSC TATNEFT, Anwar Vakhitov, Director of OOO 'Tatneft-Neftechim' Management Company, Albert Sagdeyev, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Committee of OOO 'Tatneft-Neftekhim' Management Company, Chulpan Shigapova, Chairwoman of the Youth Committee of OOO 'Tatneft-Neftechim' Management Company, managers and chairmen of trade union organizations of the enterprises of the Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Complex.

A report on the outcome of the Tire Manufacturing Complex Companies' Operations in 2016 was presented by Anwar Vakhitov, Director of OOO 'Tatneft-Neftekhim' Management Company. During the reporting period tire manufacturers of TATNEFT produced 11 million 522 thousand tires. The carbon black production exceeded 118 thousand tonnes, and 257 sets of molds were produced. Services were provided to maintain equipment in working condition worth more than RUB 1 billion 620 million.

Sales of tires amounted to 11 million 960 thousand pieces in 2016. Export deliveries increased by 16%, while the sales within Russia decreased by 3%, which was caused by decreased delivery volumes for assembly.

With the investment support of TATNEFT Company PJSC 'Nizhnekamskshina' continued large-scale reconstruction of the preparatory workshop, which would allow increasing the production of modern rubber compounds and increasing the production of the solid-steel cord Viatti design tires. There were major repair works of domestic premises and dining room № 6 of the 'Shinnik' branch Food Production Facility carried out at the 'Nizhnekamskshina' Truck Tire Factory. There was the GTO complex equipped with modern sports facilities put into operation at the'Chaika' children's recreation camp.

In August 2016 the Company's enterprises successfully passed the Quality Management System certification audit and received new certificates of compliance with the applicable international quality standards. In the reporting year the tires of TATNEFT once again become the winners of the annual contests '100 best goods of Russia' and 'Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan'.

The environmental management system is effectively functioning at the tire manufacturing factories. Following the inspection audits results there were opinions issued to the petrochemical complex enterprises on the conformity of EMS requirements of GOST R ISO 14001-2007. In addition, in the reporting year, PJSC 'Nizhnekamskshina' was the winner of the XIIth All-Russian contest 'Leader of Environmental Activity in Russia in 2016'.

The results of executing collective agreements of the NHC enterprises in 2016 were presented by Albert Sagdeyev, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of 'Tatneft-Neftekhim' Management Company. He pointed out that all commitments for social protection and support for workers and veterans had been met in full.

Participating in the debate there were Radium Burganov, Executive Director of PJSC 'Nizhnekamskshina', Makhotin Alexander, Executive Director of the Kama 'Scientific-Technical Center', Chulpan Shigapova, Chairwoman of the Youth Committee of the NHC enterprises, and Gulnara Mammadova, Chairwoman of the Trade Union Committee of JSC 'Nizhnekamsk Mechanical Plant'.

Aidar Metshin, Head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk, emphasized that TATNEFT Company and enterprises of the Tire Manufacturing Complex make a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the city and region.

Alexei Savelchev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, stressed the high level of the process automation at the Nizhnekamsk SSC Tire Factory. In the long term it will allow increasing the production volume of a new generation of tires that will positively affect the development of the industry of the Republic.

Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, presented in his speech an overview of tire manufacturing companies of the petrochemical complex and expressed confidence that thanks to the available production capacities, the technological potential, as well as qualified personnel, the collective teams of the petrochemical complex enterprises successfully fulfilled their tasks.

The event was concluded with the adoption of the Collective Agreement and the awarding of diplomas and thanks letters of PJSC TATNEFT, Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, and OOO 'Tatneft-Neftechim' Management Company advanced production.
