Tatneft' : JSC TANECO’s Meeting of the Board of Directors

A JSC TANECO's meeting of the Board of Directors chaired by Nail Maganov, General Director of TATNEFT, was held in Nizhnekamsk on September 26.

The Board of Directors considered the automation issue of business processes to manage production and costs, as well as the application of automated systems envisaged the project. The JSC TANECO's IT strategy is aimed at ensuring that the existing and new systems and solutions enable reliable and effective support of performed business- processes and technical, as well as provision relevant and reliable information for making managerial decisions at different levels.

There was a number of projects developed and successfully implemented by the professionals PJSC TATNEFT and JSC TANECO presented for consideration to the Board of Directors and in particular the software package 'Technical and economic model of production and development of the oil refining and petrochemical plants complex'. The purpose of creating the program was the need for a unified algorithm that would take into account all the necessary benchmark data, perform material balance calculations and find optimal ways in short-term and long-term planning.

In the future, TANECO plans to continue the comprehensive development of automation and the introduction of a digital factory concepf.

The meeting of the Board of Directors also took decisions on a number of issues related to the activities of JSC TANECO
