Tatneft' : TATNEFT Again Received Main Awards of the International Specialized Exhibition

The awarding took place within the framework of the Tatarstan's Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Forum in Kazan at the premises of the 'Kazanskaya Yarmarka' exhibition complex. Alexey Pesoshin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Albert Karimov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Gennady Shmal, President of the of Oil Industry Enterprises Association and other industry representatives took part in the opening ceremony.

As a result of the contest TATNEFT was awarded three top Grand Prix awards: for the introduction of the multi-stage acid fracturing technology with application of domestic equipment in the nomination 'Innovative Environmentally Friendly Technologies'; for the development and implementation of technology for the application of hydrophobic (invert) emulsion systems to increase the oil recovery of heterogeneous flooded formations (Technology MGES-M) in the nomination 'Oil Recovery Enhancement'; and for an efficient solution in the creation of orthoplans and 3D models and the use of flying units for the performance of the surveying and land management works of PJSC TATNEFT. in the nomination 'Best project in the field of geodesy and cartography geo-information systems, implemented on the basis of GLONASS/GPS'.

The Company was also awarded the IInd degree Diploma in the nomination 'Oil Recovery Enhancement' for effective application of a complex of resource-saving technologies for recovery based on natural materials.

In the nomination 'Energy-Saving Technologies and Equipment', the Company received two awards: the Ist degree Diploma for improving the process energy efficiency through application of a submersible electric motor with an increased power factor; and the third degree Diploma for the development and implementation of an energy efficient installation for the operation of two wells with the application of a single chain drive.

TATNEFT Company was awarded Diploma of the third degree in the nomination 'Products with new improved characteristics' for an innovative approach in manufacturing of the SSC KAMA NR201 215/75 R17.5 truck tires with a high-temperature passive RFID tag.

The specialized 'Oil, gas. Petrochemistry-2017' is a leading exhibition international specialized exhibition of the Volga Federal District and it provides ample for opportunities for the promotion of modern industry branch technologies, expansion and strengthening of interregional and international business cooperation. This year there were more than 200 enterprises from Germany, Austria, China, Taiwan, South Korea, the Republic of Belarus and Russia taking part in the exhibition's work. The exhibition display of TATNEFT this year included presentation materials on the introduction of digital technologies, which are key drivers of the Company's growth today.

The synergy of digital and technological solutions allows to effectively develop hard-to-recover reserves concentrated in carbonate reservoirs having low permeability, complex formation structure and containing high viscosity oil.

Application of digital technologies at the TANECO Complex allowed creating a dynamic model of production and development, which enables real time receiving and generating the information necessary to increase the performance of the enterprise. The model allowed automated shaping of the TANECO's Complex long-term development programs.

The Company sees great potential for progressive development in the digital transformation, therefore it is actively developing the IT infrastructure and replicates the successfully implements pilot projects.

In addition, TATNEFT presented accomplishments in the areas of oil refining and petrochemicals production, as well as consulting and engineering capabilities of TATNEFT in this area, implemented in the construction project of the of the TANECO Complex.

The exhibits presented by TATNEFT Company include tire products of the TATNEFT's petrochemical complex, glass-roving and glass-roving based products manufactured by the P-D Tatneft-Alabuga Steklovolokno Company composite materials and metal/plastic pipes manufactured by Tatneft-Preskomposit, as well as the products of Tatneft-Neftekhimservis Company etc.
