Tatneft' : TATNEFT Received Main Awards of the International Specialized Exhibition

TATNEFT received three top awards of the International specialized exhibition 'Oil, gas. Petrochemicals-2016'.

The awarding ceremony took place in the framework of the Tatarstan petrochemical forum in Kazan at the 'Kazan Fair' Exhibition Center. The opening ceremony was attended by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Batyr Bazarov, Minister of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Turkmenistan, Gumar Dyusembaev, First Deputy of Akim Atyruayskaya oblast, Dmitry Sharonov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT and other oil and gas industry leaders.

As a result of the competition TATNEFT won three top awards.

Grand Prix of the exhibition for large-scale involvement in the development of hard-to-recover oil through in-fill well drilling with development and introduction of the innovative technologies and equipment complex to ensure cost-effective oil production in the nomination 'Enhanced oil recovery' was presented to Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In addition, the Company also received two more top awards. In the nomination 'Energy-saving technologies and equipment' for development of a range of solutions for increasing the energy efficiency of oil recovery through application of a new measurement system of the amount and parameters of oil products the highest award was presented to Bugulma Mechanical Plant of PJSC TATNEFT.

In the nomination 'The best technical solution for the purpose of providing for geological, cartographic and geodetic activities' for introduction of the advanced monitoring system: System of operative monitoring of deformations in the oil producing areas of the TATNEFT Company activities in the south-eastern part of Tatarstan with a single center of collecting and processing of seismic and reference satellite data the Grand Prix was awarded to Tatar Geological Exploration Company.

Also TatNIPIneft of PJSC TATNEFT received the IInd degree diploma in nomination 'Enhanced oil recovery' for development of chemical methods of enhanced oil recovery: development of oil recovery enhancement technologies through application alkaline, surfactant and polymer compositions.

NGDU 'Nurlatneft' of TATNEFT Company was awarded the IIIrd degree diploma in the category 'Innovative ecologically safe technologies' for improving the sustainability and efficiency of the steam generation technology at the North-Ashalchinsky elevation of the high-viscosity oil field through integration of condensing economizers in the production process.

The specialized exhibition 'Oil and Gas. Petrochemicals-2016' is a leading international specialized exhibition of the Volga Federal District and provides ample opportunities for the promotion of modern industry-related technologies, expansion and strengthening of the interregional and international business cooperation. This year the exhibition is attended by more than 200 enterprises, including the ones from Azerbaijan, Austria, Germany, India, China, Poland and Indonesia.

The exposition display of PJSC TATNEFT includes the information on the strategic objectives of the Company, shaped in the context of the business areas. The main strategic goal is to double the current value of the Company.

A prominent place among the Company's exhibits is occupied by the project for production of high-viscosity oil. This project is unique today in terms of the industrial architecture and a number of the latest technologies involved. Development of HVO deposits is almost entirely executed with application of domestic equipment with the level of import substitution amounting to 95%.

The exhibits presented at the exhibition include the Company's technologies to improve the efficiency of the deposits development through application of in-fill wells drilling and increasing the oil recovery factor.

The block of refining and sale of crude oil and petroleum products demonstrates development of the construction project of the TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex and the retail distribution stations' network. There were over 760 thousand tonnes of high quality diesel fuel output at TANECO in the first half of 2016. The plans provide that in the following year the Complex will start its own production of gasoline 'Regular-92' and 'Premium-95' of 'Euro 5' standard, which in the future will meet all the needs of the Company's filling stations. In the short term, the Company will strengthen the position of the retail network within a radius of 850 km from the TANECO Complex, implement its spot development on key transit routes, as well as actively develop additional services at the filling stations.

The block dedicated to the petrochemical complex of PJSC TATNEFT demonstrates the tire products manufactured at the enterprises of the complex. The technological and personnel development of the scientific and technical potential of the tire manufacturing complex allows expanding the yielded products range and reducing the time for development of new tire models.

As part of the planned activities there will be held International scientific and practical conferences on the subject of innovations in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, introduction of modern technologies in the gas and petrochemicals production, and other special events.
