Tatneft' : TATNEFT and Trade Unions Are Preparing for the Youth Forum of the Neftegazstroyprofsoyuz of Russia

A working meeting of Nail Maganov, General Director of TATNEFT Company, and Alexander Korchagin, Chairman of the Neftegazstroyprofsoyuz of Russia, was devoted to the preparation for the Youth Forum of the Neftegazstroyprofsoyuz of Russia.

The meeting was attended by Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the PJSC TATNEFT's MPO (Interregional Trade Union Organization). During the event, the Parties discussed the issues of working with young people, and specifically, preparations for the forum of the Neftegazstroyprofsoyuz of Russia 'The Youth Policy of the Trade Union: Reality and Dreams', which will be held in Kazan from September 25 to September 29, 2017, as well as general cooperation issues and further work on the implementation of the 'My trade union card' program of preferences for the members of the Trade Union.

TATNEFT will present at the Youth Forum, the Company's many years of experience in implementing the Company's youth policy. TATNEFT possesses advanced technologies, promising scientific developments and innovations, but the People still remain the Company's main value. The Company links its further development with young people, who are creative, unconventionally thinking, capable to counter the challenges of time. Therefore, the management of TATNEFT pays special attention to the development of productive and creative activity of young professionals.

It is expected that there will be about 120 representatives of youth commissions and councils of the Neftegazstroyprofsoyuz of Russia trade union organizations, delegates from the related trade unions of the CIS countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, as well as representatives of the trade unions from Norway and Turkey, taking part in the Youth Forum. In addition, also invited to attend the Forum, there are experts from the Federal Agency for Youth, the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Children and Youth, the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin, Moscow State University, the Youth Council of the Ministry of Energy. It is supposed that representatives of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, Global Union IndustriAll will also take part in the work of the Forum.

The youth and trade union leaders plan to discuss the issues of the State youth policy, take part in the generation of priority tasks for the development of the Trade Union Organization in the current socio-economic conditions from the point of view of the young people.
