( 'Company'), in supplement to the current report no. 16/2018 of 16 April 2018, submits to the public attached information concerning education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of work experience of Mr. Marcin Szlenk who was appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board by Ordinary General Meeting held on 16 April 2018.
