('Company'), in supplement to current report No. 47/2015 of 16 December 2016 publishes additional information referred to in § 28 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities (…).

Agnieszka Woźniak

Ms. Agnieszka Woźniak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska's University in Lublin. She is a lawyer by profession.

Ms. Agnieszka Woźniak is associated with the Ministry of Energy since its establishment (ie. from November 2015.) - currently she holds the position of Director of the Minister Office at the Ministry of Energy. In the years 2001-2015 she worked at the Ministry of Economy, where she has passed all career levels from the clerk through the position of specialist, chief specialist, head of department, deputy director and director. Since 2005 she has been appointed Civil Service Officer.

Ms. Woźniak has many years of experience in human resources management. She dealt with internal inspections, office organizational matters, procurement, HR matters. She held the position of the representative of the Director-General for integrated management system. She also has experience in supervision over companies with State Treasury shareholding. From January 2009 until June 2014 Ms. Agnieszka Woźniak was a member of the Supervisory Board of Węglokoks S.A. with its registered office in Katowice.

Pursuant to submitted declaration, Ms. Agnieszka Woźniak is not involved in any operations competitive to the business operations of the TAURON Polska Energia S.A, is not a partner in any competitive civil law partnership or other partnerships, and is not a member of governing bodies of any joint stock company, or a member of governing bodies of any other competitive legal entity. She has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
