In connection with §103(1) and §101 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information […] ('Decree'), the Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ('Company') announces the dates of publication of financial reports by the Company in financial year 2018:
Standalone annual report for financial year 2017 - 13 March 2018
Consolidated annual report for financial year 2017 - 13 March 2018
Consolidated statement of payments due to public administration for financial year 2017 - 13 March 2018
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2018 - 16 May 2018
Extended consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2018 - 22 August 2018
Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2018 - 6 November 2018

At the same time the Company informs that:
- pursuant to §83(1) of the Decree the Company will not publish standalone semi-annual report, therefore the extended consolidated semi-annual report will include a summary financial statement, including the report prepared by the entity authorized to examine financial statements and with a summary additional information,
- pursuant to §101(2) of the Decree the Company will not publish standalone and consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2017 and for Q2 2018,
- pursuant to §83(1) of the Decree the Company will not publish standalone quarterly reports, therefore the extended consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information.
