A 7-year-old girl from the Pathfinder C of E Primary School in Northstowe, Cambridgeshire, has won a competition to design a new home greeting card for our East Anglia region. Children from the local primary school were tasked with designing a card that would be sent to residents at the regions nearby Varsity Grange development.

Aurelia Jordan Fuller scooped first place for her colourful picture of a house with celebratory bunting. Her design will now be professionally printed and sent out to homeowners when they move in. Aurelia also received a £50 book voucher prize.

Our partnership with the school comes as part of an ongoing commitment to support the residents and the community in and around its developments. Ms. Stephanie Redgate, Headteacher at Pathfinder C of E Primary School, said: 'When Taylor Wimpey suggested the 'welcome to your new home' card competition I thought it was a lovely idea. It's great to be receiving such fantastic support from Taylor Wimpey, and hopefully this is the beginning of a long running partnership.'

Caroline Carter, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, commented: 'The competition was a huge success; we had so many brilliant entries it was difficult to pick a winner. We can't wait to start sending the cards out to the new residents. It'll be a really nice personal touch to welcome them into the local community. Our work extends far beyond building high-quality homes, Taylor Wimpey endeavours to continually help local communities as much as we can with opportunities like this one.'
