Couple find their forever home at Badgers Rise

Date: Thursday 16 April 2015

"We never really wanted to leave the development in the first place but unfortunately there just wasn't enough space in our old two-bedroom home for a growing family.

"So we decided to sell and then moved back in with my parents in Little Wenlock, where we were prepared to stay for a year or so while we saved a deposit to buy a bigger place.

"It was a spur of the moment decision to pop in and visit Badgers Rise not long after we'd moved, but everything fell into place when we quickly realised we could afford exactly the kind of home we wanted - and it meant we could come back to live in the community we'd always loved.

"It's a small community with a really friendly feel to it and it's the sort of place where you feel safe as a family when you're walking around.

"It's central to everywhere - work is easy to get to for both of us and it's close to the town centre, restaurants and bars. There's a nice park for Macie to play on and the aesthetics of the buildings here are really nice as well.

"I've always really wanted a detached house with a garage so for me it's a dream home. The bedrooms are a really good size and the en-suite to the master bedroom is a nice feature as well. The kitchen is huge, which makes it good for socialising, and we've got a big garden for barbecues in the summer. It really does tick all the right boxes - it's absolutely perfect.

"We really love it here and we're so glad to be back!"
