TCF National Bank (TCF Bank), a subsidiary of TCF Financial Corporation (TCF) (NYSE: TCB) and Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain today announced that, in partnership with customers and team members, TCF Bank donated nearly $20,000 to the organization to support local students through entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness. Donations for the annual fundraising campaign were collected at all 34 TCF Bank branches in Colorado. During the past four years, TCF Bank customers and team members donated more than $55,000 to Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain. Additionally, TCF Foundation granted $70,000 to the organization since 2012.

“One particular passion TCF Bank shares with Junior Achievement is empowering young people to make more informed financial decisions that strengthen their financial futures, and those of their families and communities,” said Kent Engler, director of retail banking at TCF Bank. “Through the generous support of our customers and team members, we know we are playing a part in helping today’s youth become fiscal leaders of the future.”

The 2016 fundraiser was held March 2 through April 30.
