TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: AMTD) today announced that it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. CST and will take place at the Company’s corporate headquarters, located at 200 South 108th Avenue in Omaha, Neb.

The Company will also broadcast the meeting online via a virtual stockholders meeting, which will provide stockholders of record as of Dec. 20, 2016 with an opportunity to vote and ask questions of the Company’s management team and board of directors online and in real time. Stockholders may access the virtual meeting through the Presentations & events page of the Company’s corporate web site, www.amtd.com, by clicking on the date “February 17,” or directly via amtd.onlineshareholdermeeting.com. The virtual meeting portal includes a forum that allows stockholders of record to submit questions in advance, to be addressed during the meeting. A high speed Internet connection is required in order to view the webcast.

The Company will also provide a live webcast of the meeting for members of the press and other interested parties and, beginning at approximately 10 a.m. CST on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2016, will post an archived version online following the meeting. Links to the meeting and its archived materials, including a transcript, will also be available via the Governance page on www.amtd.com.
