Tec Toy SA is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the production of electronic entertaining and leisure devices. The Company is involved in the development, manufacture and marketing of entertainment products, including video game consoles, mobile gaming consoles, electronic toys, video compact discs players, digital versatile disc (DVD) players, video karaoke DVD players, television sets and cable television (TV) set top boxes. It operates one industrial unit in the city of Manaus, in the Brazilian state of Amazonas. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two subsidiaries: Tectoy Limited, located in The British Virgin Islands, and Tectoy Entretenimento Digital Ltda, located in Brazil. On October 31, 2012, Tec Toy SA announced its entry into two markets: tablet, including production of tablets containing child content, and baby care products, which comprises development, manufacture and sale of ultrasonic humidifier, ultrasonic inhaler and bottle warmer, among others.
