Availability of information related to the

Combined General Shareholders' Meeting to be held on April 29, 2016

 

Technicolor informs its shareholders that its Combined General Shareholders' Meeting will be held on April 29, 2016 at 4 p.m. at Eurosites George V, 28 avenue George V, 75008 Paris.

A notice of meeting, including a summary management report of the Group and a presentation of the resolutions submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting, will be sent to owners of shares in registered form.

The preliminary notice of meeting, published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of March 25, 2016, as well as the 2015 Registration Document filed with the Autorité des marches financiers on March 24, 2016, are available in the Shareholders' Meeting section of the Technicolor website (www.technicolor.com, About Technicolor > Investor Center).

The notice of meeting will be published on April 13, 2016 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires, and will be available on the Technicolor website at the address indicated above.
