NOTICE TO MARKET
TECNISA S.A. (the 'TECNISA'), one of the largest residential developers in Brazil, working in an integrated way (development, construction and sales), with its shares traded at the BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Securities, Commodities & Futures Exchange, in the Novo Mercado segment, under the ticker TCSA3, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in continuity and aligned with the information disclosed to the market on October 19, 2015, on this date, TECNISA has concluded the dispose of an equity interest of 17.5% of the companies Windsor Investimentos Imobiliários Ltda. ('Windsor') and JDP E1 Empreendimentos Ltda. ('JDP E1' and, along with Windsor, 'Companies') to companies that are part of the same group Hines in Brazil. Thus, as of this date, TECNISA holds 57.5% of the share capital of the Companies.
Additionally, due to the completion of the transaction, TECNISA has become the holder of all rights and obligations related to the corporate tower called 'Corporate Time', which makes up the real estate project 'Jardim das Perdizes'.
