HAMILTON, BERMUDA--(Marketwired - Jul 2, 2015) - Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (Teekay Offshore or the Partnership) (NYSE:TOO), has declared a cash distribution of $0.5384 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. The cash distribution is payable on August 14, 2015 to all unitholders of record as at July 14, 2015. As previously announced, based on the stable fee-based cash flow to be contributed by the Petrojarl Knarr FPSO acquisition and the commencement of the charter contract for the Arendal Spirit UMS, management has recommended to the Partnership's Board of Directors a distribution increase of four percent commencing in the third quarter, payable in November 2015.
