The pleating filter for beverage production uses a new extra-thin material that features minute, uniformly pores. This filter achieves high-rate filtering, minimal pressure loss and high flow rates, as well as long-life and energy-saving performance.

Bag filter with NANOFRONT

This bag filter for powder collection process efficiently scavenges dust powder and dust off by minimizing pressure loss and clogging, resulting in energy-saving, long-life performance.

Air filter with NANOFRONT

Teijin's air filter, made with a combination of NANOFRONTand other high-function fibers, is expected to be used in the clean rooms of beverage plants. High-rate scavenging is achieved using minute-size pores and pressure loss is minimized due to the filter's high porosity. The filter also helps to save on energy consumption.
