Telaria Inc., (NYSE: TLRA), a leading video monetization software company, today announced that Rick Song has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Song will lead the global sales team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic relationships with premium video and CTV publishers, as well as deepening engagement with buyers and agencies. He will report to Chief Executive Officer Mark Zagorski.

Mr. Song is an accomplished sales executive with more than 20 years of experience, most recently as CRO of Rocket Fuel where he led a team of 150 and was responsible for scaling revenue and driving sales strategy across the company’s business, while deepening its relationships with the world’s biggest brands and agencies. Prior to that he was at ZEFR, a leading video identification technology company, where he served as the Global Head of Sales and drove 350% growth and doubled the size of the sales organization. Preceding ZEFR, he was the EVP National Digital Sales at iHeartMedia, where he grew the business by 70% and launched the first Digital Advisory Board. Mr. Song was also at Microsoft Advertising for six plus years, last serving as GM for the Eastern U.S., where he led four-fold revenue growth. In 2008, he founded “Microsoft Digital Showcase”, the company's first video upfront. Earlier in his career, Rick held sales leadership posts at Yahoo!, Forbes and Ziff-Davis.

Mr. Song also served as President and a member of the Board Directors for the 212 NYC Interactive Ad Club. He is based in NY and holds a BA from Carnegie Mellon University.
