Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) announces that the company on
May 11, 2012 has entered into a 5-year revolving credit
facility agreement of EUR 1,200 million with a syndicate of
12 banks.
Tele2 AB has together with it's 12 core banks entered
into a syndicated multi-currency revolving credit facility
agreement amounting to EUR 1,200 million. The facility has
a tenor of five years and replaces existing facility
agreements that would have matured in 2013.
The new facility further strengthens Tele2's financial
position and secures an optimal structure of funding
sources and diversification.
The new facility is initially unutilized.
