The winning technology solution is a combination of 'Lean Carrier' which deactivates the base station control signal when there is no data transmission from the base station and 'Green Scheduler' which optimizes the radio resources according to the service characteristic used by the customer. As a result, both radio interference and base station power can be lowered at the same time, improving the communication speed for users, reducing the base station power, and forming a key technology for future evolution of eco-friendly networks.
