Based on his agreement with the majority shareholder of Telefónica Czech Republic, Luis Malvido will continue in his role as Telefónica Czech Republic CEO until the end of June 2014. He will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors until the end of 2014. The mutual agreement is in accordance with the gradual transition of the management after the change of the shareholder structure. After stepping down from his positions in the Czech Republic, Luis Malvido will return to Telefónica SA.
