Telegraaf Media Groep : Request to Enterprise Chamber for an investigation into TMG policies withdrawn

TMG has taken note of the decision of the retail investor association Vereniging van Effecten Bezitters (VEB) and Cantor Holding to withdraw the request to the Enterpise Chamber for an investigation into the policymaking and the course of events at TMG. As Talpa Holding announced to withdraw its request to the Enterprise Chamber last Saturday, the proceedings will not be continued and the hearing scheduled for Thursday June 15 is cancelled.

The hearing regarding the immediate measures requested by the above parties took place earlier this year. The Enterprise Chamber ruled there were no reasonable grounds to doubt proper policymaking and course of events and thereby dismissed this request.
