Vital System-Wide Upgrade of

TM Unifi Customer service SUPPORT SYSTEM

Dear Customers,

We will be conducting a vital system-wide upgrading exercise of our UniFi customer service support system in March. Due to the large scale of the exercise, the system upgrade will be completed in two phases as detailed below:

All online customer self-care services related to UniFi such as bill payment, bill enquiry, subscription of new services via MyUniFi portal as well as signing-up for a MyUniFi account.

Processing of UniFi new applications and service upgrade requests for customers.

Processing UniFi complaints and fault reporting.

Service reconnection due to non payment for infoblast, UniFi email, eStorage, eBrowse, Internet Security, TM WiFi outlet & Web Hosting.

Customers are advised to make their UniFi bill payments before the scheduled upgrading exercise to ensure that their account is duly updated.

We assure you that no other TM services will be affected during this exercise. Full details on the upgrade exercise is available here

Semua perkhidmatan sokongan pelanggan kendiri online berkaitan UniFi seperti pembayaran dan semakan bill serta langganan baru perkhidmatan berkaitan melalui portal MyUniFi dan pendaftaran akaun MyUniFi.

Pemprosesan permohonan baru dan permohonan menaik taraf perkhidmatan pelanggan UniFi.

Pemprosesan aduan dan laporan kerosakan perkhidmatan UniFi.

Penyambungan semula perkhidmatan disebabkan kelewatan bayaran bagi perkhidmatan infoblast, email UniFi, eStorage, eBrowse, Internet Security, lokasi TM WiFi & Web Hosting .

Para pelanggan dinasihatkan untuk membuat pembayaran bil UniFi sebelum tempoh aktiviti penaiktarafan dijalankan untuk memastikan akaun UniFi tuan/puan dapat dikemaskinikan.

Kami ingin memaklumkan bahawa perkhidmatan TM lain tidak akan terjejas sepanjang kerja-kerja penaiktarafan ini dijalankan.Untuk maklumat lanjut, sila rujuk di sini.
