Beware of FRAUDULENT TM PAYMENT COLLECTION AGENCIES

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) would like to caution the public that recently there have been reports from customers on companies claiming to be TM payment collection agencies when those companies are NOT a TM authorised payment channel.

We wish to inform that TM is currently investigating the matter and looking into legal action towards these fraudulent companies. We wish to highlight that TM views this matter very seriously as it adversely impacts our customers experience.

In view of this, TM urges all its customers to be cautious and would like to advise its customers to make payment for TM services via authorised TM payment channels only. Please note that TM will not be responsible for any implications following payments that were made to any unauthorised payment channel.
