​DISCONTINUATION OF TM RENTED PHONE SERVICE

Dear Valued Customers,

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform that in line with technology evolution and to continuously improve the performance as well as the quality of our services, TM Rented Phone (TMRP) service will be discontinued effective 15 May 2016.

To keep you connected to your families and friends, your service subscription will be converted to business/residential telephone line service starting 15 May 2016 onwards. Please be informed that your call plan will be maintained and the monthly charges will be inclusive of line rental, call plan subscribed and usage of that particular month.

If you are not interested with the above offer, we would like to advise you to visit the nearest TMpoint for service termination process and subscription of other available alternative services from TM. Kindly note that if you do not request for the service termination by 15 May 2016, your TMRP service will automatically be converted to the business/residential phone line service.

We wish to thank our customers for their continuous support towards TM's products and services and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience they may have experienced following the discontinuation of the service.
