Unique Harvests Sdn. Bhd., the developer of Miri Waterfront Commercial Centre today entered into an agreement with Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) for the provision of high speed broadband network infrastructure and services to The Wharf Condominium, in a signing ceremony held at The Wharf Sales Gallery in Wisma Interhill.
This agreement marks the first ever private high-rise residential suites in Miri City Centre to be equipped with high speed internet of up to 50Mbps.
Albert Hu, Director Unique Harvest Sdn. Bhd. and Datin Alice Hu, Project Director Unique Harvests signed the agreement on behalf of Unique Harvest Sdn Bhd while TM was represented by Sarbini Hj Hamdan, State General Manager, TM Sarawak and Azman Yusof, General Manager, Small Enterprise, TM Enterprise.
Commenting on the collaboration, Albert Hu said, 'It is Unique Harvests foremost honor to be able to partner with TM in order to create more value to the home and shop owners, guests of Pullman Miri Waterfront which is located within The Wharf area, and also to everyone who visits these properties. And I personally believe that our journey of value creation should not and must not end even though the projects and deals have been completed.'
He added that apart from being able to provide high speed broadband connectivity to customers, the company is also honored to be able to contribute to the growth of Miri as a city itself and to the economy of Sarawak, generally.
Meanwhile, Sarbini added, 'This collaboration is indeed a good initiative that will enable future residents of The Wharf Condominium and business communities at the commercial units to enjoy UniFi high speed internet access of up to 50Mbps. They will also get to enjoy TM's IPTV service, HyppTV that offers 124 channels of world class and local content, in addition to the unlimited free calls to all TM fixed line nationwide.'

Under the agreement, TM will also be providing specially customised solution including high speed broadband connectivity via TM Direct over Metro E (DOME) service to Pullman Miri Waterfront, which will deliver enhanced staying experience for the hotel's guests. Furthermore, to ease the concerns of the hotel's management, the solution also comes with a 24/7 Call Centre and Customer support.
In addition, this collaboration would bring an added value to the vision for Miri Waterfront Transformation Project, where it will further improve the communications facilities of the residents in The Wharf Condominium in promoting a lifestyle with limitless connectivity experience.
