UPDATE ON CABLE CUT INCIDENT IN AMPANG AND KERAMAT

The service disruption impacting TM internet and voice subscribers in Ampang and Keramat was due to an accidental cable cut caused by roadworks in Keramat that happened on 4 December 2017. Immediate remedial actions were taken to ensure our customers are not heavily affected by the cable cut. As a result, majority of the affected services are already back online and full restoration of all impacted services is expected to be completed late Thursday, 7 December 2017.
