Telekom Slovenije dd : Awareness about the Importance of Secure Data and Document Storage is Growing

​In both professional and private contexts we are increasingly aware of the importance of secure data and document storage. Telekom Slovenije is introducing secure data cloud storage for businesses with the Office 365 subscription plans, which are simple to use on both computers and mobile devices, and which also provide everything needed for effective and responsive operations without the need to purchase or install any server software. Besides secure data storage and access the turnkey Office 365 subscription plans provide businesses with solutions for risk management in the event a computer, tablet or mobile phone is lost or breaks down. These solutions are available from only €5.12 per month.

The Office 365 subscription plans make it easier to digitize office operations and include the Microsoft Office tools, email and other advanced services, and ensure secure data storage, with access over fixed or mobile communication devices. The data are securely stored in the cloud using cutting-edge protection technology, with each user receiving 1 TB of storage space through the OneDrive for Business application.

Telekom Slovenije has prepared 3 different plans that take into account different needs of individual companies:

1. The Office 365 Business Essentials plan for €5.12 per user per month brings access to services anywhere and anytime over different devices with an internet connection, secure document storage, business email with a large mailbox, the creation of a website and an internal portal for document exchange and the services Skype for Business and Yammer
2. The Office 365 Business plan for €10.74 per user per month includes all the latest versions of Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), 1 TB for secure document storage, and applications can also operate without an internet connection
3. The Office 365 Business Premium plan for €12.93 per user per month includes all the features from Office 365 Business Essentials and Office 365 Business.
   
   

Until 31 July a special promotion applies in which Telekom Slovenije provides free installation of Office 365 to all subscribers of business plans (the regular installation price is €190). Businesses that decide on one of these plans do not require any special computing knowledge to setup the secure storage system, as Telekom Slovenije's experts can apply all the settings remotely. Employees can simply begin storing documents in system folders, and data is stored in real time.

Telekom Slovenije will also make available the remote turnkey installation of the Office 365 plan to all existing subscribers of business plans.
