Under the Share Repurchase Program 2012 as announced on
February 16, 2012, the Company reports today that during the
period from March 13 until March 21, 2012, the following
transactions took place on the regulated market of NYSE

The Company currently holds 577,344 own shares (previous
update: 479,344 own shares), being 0.51 % of the total
