Telenor : Telenor's Thai Unit Dtac Says 1Q Ebit Fell On Year To NOK855 Million

Telenor ASA (TEL.OS), the Norwegian telecommunications firm, said Thursday that its Thai subsidiary Dtac saw first quarter Ebit at NOK855M, down from NOK966M in the same quarter last year.
MAIN FACTS:
-Revenue NOK4.21 billion, from NOK3.69 billion.
-Ebitda NOK1.26 billion, from NOK1.35 billion.
-Capex at NOK139 million, from NOK62 million.
-During the quarter the number of subscriptions increased by 218,000 to 23.434 million.
-Dtac maintains its outlook for 2012.
-At 1035 GMT shares in Telenor traded 0.8% higher at NOK105.20.
