Teleperformance Wins 11 2015 EMEA Top Ranking

Performer Awards at Contact Center World

Teleperformance Portugal, Turkey and Hellas recognized with multiple awards at CCW EMEA event in London

PARIS, July 2nd, 2015 - Teleperformance, the worldwide leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, today announced it has received a total of 11 awards at this year's 2015 EMEA Top Ranking Performers awards ceremony by Contact Center World. The 11 awards consisted of nine Gold, one Silver and one Bronze medals.

Contact Center World is The Global Association for Contact Center & Customer Engagement Best Practices. Every year, the association evaluates contact center outsourcers and internal contact centers in each world region for best practices, quality and results.
