LONDON, March 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced that Miriam Greenwood OBE DL and Shlomo (Momo) Liran has been appointed to the company's board of directors as non-executive directors, effective immediately.  It's also noted that Miriam will Chair the Group's Remuneration committee.

Miriam brings extensive financial experience as a qualified Barrister who spent more than 30 years working for a number of leading banks and financial institutions. With four partners she established SPARK Advisory Partners six years ago, as an independent corporate advisory business. She is a non-executive director of SMS plc, Mithras Investment Trust PLC and Eclipse Shipping Limited.

Shlomo has been Chief Executive of numerous businesses, most notably Ericsson Israel and the Swedish and Danish mobile operator TRE. He is currently an independent director of NASDAQ-listed microwave-based telecommunication equipment, Ceragon Networks and an external (independent) director of Tel Aviv-listed infrastructure and civil-works business, Minrav Holdings.
