TER BEKE : Disclosure of the received notifications in accordance with the Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of material holdings

In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of material holdings, Ter Beke NV discloses that it has received on 12 June 2014 the following notification of shareholding in Ter Beke NV:

Notification received from STAK Coovan, Luc De Bruyckere/SA Seneca and SA M6

Ter Beke NV received a notification from STAK Coovan, Luc De Bruyckere/SA Seneca and SA M6, in which they state that
- the agreement between STAK Coovan and Luc De Bruyckere / NV Seneca to act jointly has been terminated.
- STAK Coovan has purchased 2.000 shares on 4 June 2014
as a result of which the voting rights of the persons acting jointly (STAK Coovan en SA M6) have decrease from 70,18% to 67,02%.
The other information contained in the notification is the following: Date of passing the threshold: 4 June 2014
Threshold passed: 70%
Denominator: 1.732.621

The shares are held directly by STAK Coovan and SA M6, acting jointly. Daniël Coopman and Edith De Baedts (through intermediate holdings Famcoo Invest, STAK Coopman and Civil Partnership Sallas) control STAK Coovan. SA M6 has no controlling shareholder.
